Celebrating 20 Years!

On March 16, 2013, the Foundation celebrated its 20th year of making a difference with a “Big Birthday Bash”, raising money to support the work of the FBE.
We thank our community, sponsors, volunteers, faculty and administrators for your incredible generosity and hard work, making this year’s event the most successful one ever, netting over $165,000!

Consider honoring a Belmont Public School teacher or staff member by making a STAR Award donation to the Foundation for Belmont Education. You may also order a Friend Award to honor that very special individual. We will send your honored individual a certificate, including your name as the donor and a personal message.

The winning word for the 12th Annual FBE Youth Spelling Bee!

With over 570 students from K-6 participating, the Bee was a huge success. We thank all of the spellers for their tremendous efforts and fantastic outfits. In total, the net profit from this year’s Spelling Bee will exceed $18,000.
